Accordingly, on the morning of December 21, 2023, the sixth member representative conference of the Shaanxi Provincial Track and Field Association was held in Xi'an. Xu Peng, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Sports Bureau, attended the tartan running track meeting and delivered a speech. Athlete representatives, track and field experts, coaches, referees ,athletics track suppliers and other representatives from all over the province gathered together to witness this important moment.
The meeting read out the "Congratulatory Letter" from the Chinese Athletics Association, listened to the work report and financial audit report of the fifth committee of the association, and adopted the revised "Characters of the Shaanxi Province Track and Field Association" and "Shaanxi Province Track and Field Association Fee Management Measures". Shaanxi Provincial Athletics Association" elected the leadership team, standing committee members and members of the sixth committee.
Comrade Jiang Zhengfang, director of the Shaanxi Provincial Track and Field Management Center, was elected as the chairman of the sixth committee of the association. On behalf of the new team, he said that he would strengthen organizational construction, standardize mass sports activities, and ensure the improvement of competitive sports strength under the strong leadership of the Provincial Sports Bureau. Under the new plan, we will scientifically build a youth training system, promote the integrated development of the competitive industry, promote the culture of competitive sports, strive to play an important role in building a higher-level national fitness public service system,running track installation, and achieve greater breakthroughs for Shaanxi's track and field industry.
The meeting reviewed the achievements of the Shaanxi Provincial Athletics Association in recent years in promoting the development of track and field sports in the province, improving competitive levels, and promoting national fitness. At the same time, the meeting also planned and deployed future development and proposed a series of goals and tasks to guide the future development of the association of tartan running track.
