Physical Properties:

   Not easy to age, stable elasticity, no difference in elasticity throughout the year. It has excellent tensile strength and elongation at break, strong rotation and shock absorption. Paint lines are not easy to fall off, the color is bright, does not fade, and has better abrasion resistance. The flatness meets the IAAF standard, and the water filterability is good.

    The thickness of the EPDM track is achieved based on the experience of the construction personnel and the calculation of the amount of material used, and the human factor is relatively large. And with the error of the flatness of the foundation, it is easy to appear uneven thickness after construction. The thickness change of the material after completion brings about the difference in physical properties, impact absorption and vertical deformation.

Chemical Properties:

   The prefabricated rubber track is controlled from the raw materials produced and is produced using environmentally friendly raw materials. The materials do not have a long-term slow chemical reaction process. This fundamentally ensures that the runway is environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

   The raw materials of the plastic track need to be reacted on-site with additives to achieve the transformation of properties from liquid to solid. Depending on the temperature and humidity during construction, it is often necessary to add additives and diluents in order to increase the fluidity of the material during construction. Additives and thinners have become one of the decisive factors for environmental protection of materials.


Service Life:The prefabricated running track material is about 12-15 years.EPDM granules is about 2-5 years.

Environmental Protection:

    After reaching the service life, it can be recycled into reclaimed rubber, which has good environmental performance.

    After the end of the service life, it is very difficult to dispose of, and the scrapped runway materials cannot be recycled and reused. Whether it is incineration or landfill, a lot of energy is wasted and it is harmful to the environment.
